At Zeolia Skin, we stand behind every sealed ampoule we ship. That's why every order is covered by our 90-Day Mirror Guarantee.
How the guarantee works
Use your full 28-day cycle. If you are not satisfied with what your mirror shows you, email us at info@zeolia.co within 90 days of delivery and we will refund your order in full.
- No photos to submit.
- No forms to fill out.
- No argument to win. One email is enough.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. You do not need to return the product.
Damaged or defective items
If any ampoule arrives broken or damaged, email us at info@zeolia.co with your order number and we will send a replacement at no cost — no questions asked.
Subscriptions (Continuous Cycle)
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees, from your account page or by emailing info@zeolia.co. Cancellation takes effect before your next billing date. Each delivered subscription order is individually covered by the 90-Day Mirror Guarantee.
