These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of zeolia.co (the "Site") and your purchase of products from Zeolia Skin, operated by OMNISCALE LAB LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products — cosmetic use only

Zeolia products are cosmetics. They are intended to improve the appearance and feel of skin. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Always patch-test new skincare and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Consult a physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, or under dermatological treatment.

Orders and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment providers.

Subscriptions

Continuous Cycle subscriptions renew automatically every 28 days at the stated subscription price until cancelled. You can pause or cancel at any time via your account or by emailing info@zeolia.co; cancellation takes effect before your next billing date.

Refunds

All orders are covered by our 90-Day Mirror Guarantee, described in our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — text, images, logos, product design and branding — is the property of OMNISCALE LAB LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
