Shipping Policy

Free US shipping, on every order

All orders ship free of charge within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse.

Packaging

Your ampoules travel in protective packaging designed for pharmaceutical glass. If anything arrives damaged despite our precautions, email info@zeolia.co with your order number — we replace damaged ampoules free of charge.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at info@zeolia.co. We will locate it or reship your order at no cost.
