Every Zeolia order is covered by two commitments.

1. The 90-Day Mirror Guarantee

Use your full 28-day cycle. If you are not satisfied with the results you see, email info@zeolia.co within 90 days of delivery for a full refund — no photos to submit, no forms, no debate. Full details in our Refund Policy.

2. The Intact Ampoule Promise

Pharmaceutical glass is designed to snap cleanly at the score ring — and to survive shipping. If any ampoule arrives broken, cracked or leaking, email us a note with your order number and we replace it free of charge, no questions asked. This promise covers every ampoule in every box, for the life of your order.

What this warranty does not cover

Ampoules broken after correct delivery through mishandling, or product used beyond its indicated shelf life.
